We’ll Help You Create a Successful Home Share Experience
When you home share, you are in control. How much money would you like to make? When is your space available? We’ll help you find the best balance between additional income and convenience.
We’ll do a walk through of your house and review any questions you have about security and access. Then we create an environment that is welcoming to your guests and provides you with peace of mind.
Tell us about your home and we create an engaging online listing: location, fun facts, amenities, wifi, check in, local transportation, and points of interest. Then we’ll stage and photograph your house to create a listing your future guests can’t resist!
Based upon your guidelines, we will handle all questions, bookings, and inquiries. We’ve found that potential guests appreciate quick and personable responses. And, don’t be surprised when you have interest from around the world!
When a booking is confirmed, the new guest receives a warm welcoming email that includes confirmation of the check in and check out dates and times and interesting highlights of your home and neighborhood. We want them to feel at home even before they arrive.
Sometimes a guest just needs to talk to someone. We provide our support number to answer questions and fulfill guest requests.
Guests receive a detailed check in message three days before their arrival date and the morning of their visit. These timely reminders help take the stress out of their visit. The day before their check out, we remind them of the check out time and any final instructions.
We submit a review for each guest and send them a warm thank you for their visit.
